Our Permanent Supportive Housing programs are for chronically homeless individuals and are located in various locations throughout Houston. They provide onsite substance abuse case management, intensive life-skills, and mental health counseling. Program participants are provided with resources that focus on enhancing their abilities to exit homelessness and to remain self-sufficient. Permanent supportive housing is a HUD funded program operated by Harmony House, Inc.
